Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing or using the Plantzen Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Capitalized terms have the meanings given in this section or elsewhere in these Terms.
By creating an Account, downloading the Application, visiting the Website, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. The Service is not intended for children under 13.
You may need to create an Account (e.g. via email, Apple, or Google sign-in) to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activity under your Account. You must provide accurate and complete information. We may suspend or terminate your Account if you breach these Terms or for other reasons consistent with applicable law.
The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use to diagnose and care for plants using AI-powered tools. You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any diagnosis or recommendation. Plant diagnosis is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional advice.
Some features use Google Gemini artificial intelligence to identify plants and diagnose plant problems. Results generated by AI may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific situation. You are responsible for verifying the information before relying on it. Plantzen and the Developer are not liable for any decisions or actions you take based on AI-generated content.
You retain ownership of User Content you submit. By submitting User Content, you grant us the licenses described in our Privacy Policy. You are solely responsible for your User Content. You must not submit content that infringes third-party rights, is illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, contains malware, or is designed to disrupt the Service. We may remove or refuse to display User Content that we believe violates these Terms, without prior notice.

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, belongs to Plantzen or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Service as intended. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content or software without our prior written consent.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. PLANT DIAGNOSES AND RECOMMENDATIONS ARE FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND DO NOT CONSTITUTE PROFESSIONAL ADVICE. USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD 100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN SUCH CASES THEY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Developer, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your User Content, your violation of these Terms or any law, or your violation of any third party’s rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without cause or notice. You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion as described in our Privacy Policy. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
We may modify the Service and these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and on the Plantzen website and update the “Last Updated” date. For material changes, we may notify you by email or through the Application. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Developer regarding the Service.
Governing Law and Disputes. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Uzbekistan. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Bukhara, Uzbekistan.
